In October, I started working part-time at Joann Fabrics, handling the cutting counter, which I love, usually. I’ve gone through a few weeks of wishing, more than anything, I could quit, mainly because I was tired every day and felt like I was missing family stuff. Our laundry doesn’t get done as rapidly as before, and grocery runs are harder because when I get off work I have to hurry to Noah’s school to pick him up.
Today, I feel like SuperMom. I called his pediatrician on my lunch break and made an appointment for him (med refill) after school, and even though we were late (many reasons), we made it, and now I have 3 prescriptions for his meds.
Okay, but you have to take the small victories when you can get them.
