C.S. Lewis observed, “We can make people (often) attend to the Christian point of view for half an hour or so; but the moment they have gone away from our lecture or laid down our article, they are plunged back into a world where the opposite position is taken for granted. As long as that situation exists, widespread success is simply impossible. We must attack the enemy’s line of communication. What we want is not more little books about Christianity, but more little books by Christians on other subjects with their Christianity latent.” (GOD IN THE DOCK)
I am the author of two published novels. I write epic fantasy novels. I am married to a physicist who has taken our family all over the world for his work. My first book, Fabric of Faith, was completed in a small apartment in Potsdam, Germany as a way to keep myself company when none of my neighbors spoke English. I am a stay-at-home mom with two children, a daughter who has a degree in English Literature and wants to get into publishing, and a son who is in fifth grade. Born and raised in Pennsylvania, I now live in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
You can see some of my works in progress here as well as excerpts and reviews of the books I’ve already published.
Drop me a note on the comments page of the blog. I’d love to hear from you all!
